Unbound expands team with three new hires

Award-winning Waikato digital marketing agency Unbound has ramped up its creative and client services with three key new hires.

Joining the team are Marco Kothe as Creative Services Specialist, Katie Morgan as Account Manager, and Ben Cardwell as Campaign Manager.

Quentin Weber, Founder and CEO of Unbound, says the appointments reflect the agency’s ongoing commitment to delivering “damn good” digital marketing results for its clients.

Kothe, with over 20 years of experience in creative design, video, and animation, has worked with top brands including Montana, Transpower, Waikato Milking Systems, and Aware Group. His deep expertise equips him to deliver a full suite of creative services to Unbound’s clients.

Morgan brings her A-game in social media marketing, Google Ads, and content strategy. With a knack for building strong client relationships, she’s all about crafting campaigns that elevate brands and drive leads.

Cardwell has 11 years of digital marketing experience under his belt, specialising in Google and Facebook ads for e-commerce and B2B lead generation. He’s managed thousands of successful campaigns across the globe (everywhere except Antarctica!) and knows how to deliver results that count.
