Reel Good Yarns with Jonny Zeller

AUCKLAND, Today: Dive into the world of Reel Factory’s Spotlight Series, where director Jonny Zeller takes center stage, sharing insights into his journey and the chaos he calls a day’s work.

The expression “never work with children or animals” is lost on Jonny Zeller – in fact he adds explosions to the mix and calls the chaos a great day at the office.

Hailing from a small town outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Zeller moved to LA to chase the dream of making it in the film industry.

After the obligatory character-building couch surfing and multiple ad-hoc job stints, Jonny found himself tailing Lamborghini’s down the Las Vegas Strip, tracking Red Bull wakeboarders through a closed Brazilian waterpark and ‘slivin with Paris Hilton.

Adapting with the industry as the way we consume media evolves, Jonny considers himself a ‘Storyverse Architect’, looking at projects holistically and creating cross-platform journeys that viewers are excited to go on.
