AUCKLAND, Today: McCready Bale Media NZ (with software provider Serato) has been named Brand Awareness Premier Partner of the Year at the Google AUNZ Premier Partner Awards, recognised for their work in driving brand awareness for sustainable growth in a changing world.
MBM was the only New Zealand agency to make the finalist group in any category, also featuring in both the Lead Generation and Account Team Premier Partner of the Year shortlists. All the other finalists were Australian.
MBM digital director Rebecca Didovich said: “MBM and Serato have a rich partnership history of innovative work, specifically in the data and analytics space. Most recently, securing a current global finalist in WARC’s Best Use of Data category together.”
“They innovated around some key client challenges to drive sustained growth – in particular robust testing with YouTube – to inform some great media thinking.”
Serato NZ CMO Scotty Hoogerburg said: “Serato and MBM came together to deliver an incredibly useful result as now we can really scale our music production software growth with Google. I love that we can deliver on brand and direct objectives and measure the effectiveness.”
Google NZ’s Hayley Botes said: “MBM fought out some tough competition on both sides of the Tasman, successfully demonstrating YouTube’s effectiveness in driving both brand building and performance.
“What really impressed us was the way they innovated around some key client challenges to drive sustained growth and in particular the use of robust testing with YouTube to inform some great media thinking.

MBM was also named a finalist in Lead Generation Premier Partner of the Year and
Account Team Premier Partner of the Year.
