About the role
We’re looking for someone who understands what being a partner really means:
• You’ll be naturally curious about your client’s business
• You can think beyond the next campaign and into the future of the category and client.
• You’ll have built close relationships with CMO’s who see you as a subject-matter expert.
• You can stay over many projects with different stakeholders, giving each the confidence that the ball will not be dropped.
• You’ve got intuition. You know clients so well you know what they’ll say before they say it.
• You’re comfortable being committed and accountable
• You are commercially astute
• You love working in a team, mentoring and leading
And, because of all that, you’re viewed as essential. A key part of your client’s team. A true partner.
We are lucky to have a lot of smart PHD’ers who know the latest tech and marketing trends. You don’t need to understand it all, but you will need to be instinctively interested and able to quickly see how it could make a difference to our clients.
This role is senior, leading a big team filled with a lot of great people. It will be your job to inspire them every day to be the absolute best they can be.
