AUCKLAND, Tuesday: Symonds St-based creative experience agency Crave Global has appointed two new directors. Georgina Otto joins the team as experiential director, while Dean Taylor boosts the company’s digital offering with the newly created role of digital director.
Managing director Daniel Hopkirk said: “Georgina brings Crave a wealth of unrivalled skills across brand communication and experiential having worked in a range of global full service and specialist agencies, such as Leo Burnett, Publicis Group, Clemenger Group and at NZ specialist activation/PR agency Darkhorse.
“Most recently working client side at Zuru Edge, being instrumental in the development and marketing of multiple new brands. Georgina’s wealth of experience from FMCG to luxury clients has enabled her the opportunity to deliver work for Mercedes-Benz, Fonterra, Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, BNZ and Heineken.
“Georgina’s role will be to oversee the management of a number of clients within the Crave stable, along with developing world-class event and integrated experiential solutions for clients across New Zealand and Australia.
“Dean and Georgina round out two key leadership roles that we have been searching extensively for at Crave.”
“Dean Taylor will boost Crave’s digital offering with nearly 20 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, during which time he has worked with some of New Zealand’s most influential content creators and storytellers.
“Dean has both agency and client-side experience having previously worked as head of digital for Mango, as well as digital roles for Warner Music, Nova, Virgin Australia, and Skinny Mobile.
“With his experience in a wide range of disciplines across digital marketing, including content creation, social media engagement, advocacy and influencer marketing, talent management, partnership and contract negotiation, he is a true asset to the Crave team and their clients.
“Dean and Georgina round out two key leadership roles that we have been searching extensively for at Crave, to ensure we find the right fit culturally and experience wise.
