The Brand Agency, part of WPP, a global creative transformation company, is looking for a Producer to join their Auckland team.
The role
This creative-minded production role is focused on consistently delivering exceptional work on time and on budget. At The Brand Agency, we have a fantastic work environment, a supportive culture and a fun team of meme-loving colleagues. We are searching for an energetic and proactive Producer with a great eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
The role is based in Auckland, and you’ll also be supported by a broader Production team in Melbourne. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast paced team working across a diverse range of projects and channels from radio, animated digital videos to large scale TVCs.
Who we are looking for
This role is perfect for an excellent communicator who is agile, super organised and detailed, takes pride in budgeting and scheduling, is helpful, supportive and attacks challenges head-on. You have a passion for working closely with creative teams to bring their ideas to reality. Building effective working relationships is second nature to you and you’ll help enhance the strong relationships already established with our suppliers and with our clients.
Ideally you will have experience with workflow management and scheduling tools such as Trello, Wrike and Microsoft Teams. Experience with the full Adobe creative suite will also be highly regarded, as would your copywriting skills. Your desire to self-learn and keep up to date with new media and best practice is a given.
With tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Advertising or Video Production, you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a production role (Agency or Production).
Why us
Our culture is based on people, from the consumers we deliver ads to, to the people we work with and call family. We know that to do a good job we need to have work life balance. To enhance this, we offer all staff flexible work arrangements, a volunteer day, your birthday off as well as loyalty leave (the longer you work with us the more leave you earn!). At the office we also have breakfast on tap and of course, an active social club. We’re big on learning and development too, so you can expect the support you need to grow.
If this all sounds like a bit of you, please email your CV and a brief cover letter to careers@brandagency.com.au
