About the role
Our Senior Client Managers are a key part of our team, understanding what our clients need, providing exceptional experiences, and managing multiple projects so they’re delivered on time, on budget and on brief.

Senior Client Managers develop and nurture amazing client relationships and build strong connections with our internal teams and trusted suppliers. They are responsible for managing a variety of large-scale projects and campaigns for clients across various industries, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability and revenue growth of those accounts. They also work strategically to identify new opportunities from existing relationships as well as developing new business with key prospects.

What you’ll need
We’ve built the Plato Creative brand and reputation on nailing client experiences and getting results so to perform well in this role you will need at least five years’ previous agency experience.

You’ll be able to demonstrate good technical knowledge across brand, marketing and digital proven through experience working with business managers and owners to understand their unique challenges and leading teams to a creative solution. You will also need a track record of developing and maintaining good relationships with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.

And because things run at a fast pace here at Plato, your ‘make it happen’ mindset will come into play daily as you remain cool and collected solving problems and thinking on your feet to hit those tight deadlines and balance a varied workload.
