Following a busy start to 2022 over on Wellesley St. West, FEDERATION has announced multiple account management hires for the agency.
Kicking off the swathe of appointments is banking and financial services specialist, Jono Morcom, who’s joined FEDERATION as a Senior Business Director working across a diverse base of client brands. Morcom previously helped head up the day-to-day running of the ASB account for over three years, launching the highly awarded Ben and Amy brand platform.
Also joining FEDERATION is Senior Business Director, Suzi Ferenth. Ferenth – originally hailing from Glasgow – has joined the Feds to lead a varied set of communication specialties including branding and design, brand placemaking, and digital customer experience.
The hat trick of new Senior Business Directors is completed with Kate McRobie, newly promoted into the lead role on the L’Oréal Paris and L’Oréal Luxe brands; two high-profile wins for the agency in 2021. McRobie joined FEDERATION after a stint with Amsterdam and New York based global digital agency, Superheroes.
Operating alongside McRobie is another new recruit, Mikade Barns-Graham, who has relocated from Christchurch to join the growing team at FEDERATION as Account Manager.
Sharon Henderson, CEO of FEDERATION says of the new hires: “Jono, Suzi, Kate and Mikade are fantastic new hires and embody what we’re all about at FEDERATION – smart, passionate and brilliant to work with. All four join at a pivotal time of growth for the agency and we’re loving having them on board.”
