Collaborate with the GM and Regional Manager to lead and develop sales across Tauranga and the Coromandel, guiding a team of 8 direct reports.
- Develop and oversee sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Successful execution of sales strategy through the local teams and collaboration with the wider business
- Provide input and insight into the development of the markets long term strategic plans
- Run weekly sales meetings, 1:1s with the sales team and spend 2-3 days per week on the road with Account Managers as you coach them to ensure sales targets are met
- Deliver annual budget plans and focus expenditure on our most important objectives
- Meet and exceed the market’s financial objectives, as outlined in the agreed annual operating budgets
- Represent the company at business and community events to build a strong, positive community profile
About You
Bring your experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Key Account Manager within Media, as well as –
- Strategic thinker who aligns with our bigger picture direction and will take our team on the journey to get there
- Strong leadership skills
- Understanding of budgets and business planning
