FCB NZ is adding to its offering by launching FCB/SIX in the market, a creative data agency first started in Toronto, Canada.
FCB/SIX combines a set of rapidly growing capabilities within the agency, and will specialise in helping clients unlock growth for their businesses through a suite of proprietary tools and techniques driving acquisition, retention, engagement and loyalty, all through creative data driven brand experiences.
Newly appointed FCB/SIX Managing Director, Laura Goldie, says: “The fight to secure, retain and improve the customer experience has always been fierce, so the ability to use data insights and tools through FCB/SIX and couple those with a creative solution is a game changer for the New Zealand market. Even though we’re officially launching now, we’ve been working on a number of pilot projects in this space for clients and have seen first-hand the positive impact it has made to their businesses. So we’re excited to be able to take this to the wider market.”
Qassem Naim, FCB/SIX Chief Transformation Officer adds: “FCB/SIX is about making the complex simple. Solving a problem, finding an insight or connecting businesses and customers across platforms and partners – our goal is always to find a seamless way to achieve this.
The team we’ve pulled together is uniquely placed to not only devise innovative, creative business solutions but actually make them happen where it counts.
The team are joined by Head of Strategy Anna Percy-Dove, an expert in data-driven digital and creative strategy who was a founding member of FCB/SIX in Canada, working on a number of award winning campaigns including “Go Back to Africa” and “Destination Pride”.
FCB/SIX has been very successful abroad, and New Zealand will be the second place in the global FCB network to launch the offering. It bridges a gap between creativity and media execution, providing end-to-end solutions across the customer journey, including planning and execution across both owned and paid channels. SIX will leverage its industry-leading Data & Tech and Creative teams, together with specialised external partners including Salesforce, Meta, and Google.
“The fact that Aotearoa is the first market we are launching FCB/SIX after North America is truly exciting news. The combination of best-in-class local talent and expertise in the CRM, Data and Tech spaces, enriched and inspired by our global best practices, will help our existing and future clients deliver better personalized experiences,” concludes Sebastien Desclee, FCB NZ CEO.
