GLOBOX Digital Billboards has welcomed a new addition to their land acquisition team in order to keep up with customer demand.
Scott Williams joins the GLOBOX team with a wealth of knowledge to take on the role of Commercial Manager. Williams’ role involves sourcing top sites nationwide to install GLOBOX’s digital billboards.
“My primary role is land acquisition – approaching landowners and finding top sites nationwide to install our billboards,” comments Williams.
“The fact that the entire team jumps in on ideas, strategies and implementation is outstanding. Everything is about ‘the people’ here at GLOBOX.”
GLOBOX Founder and CEO, Allan Nicholson says that Williams’ extensive real estate background makes him the perfect fit for the role. He is well versed in property and sales so he not only knows exactly where to look to source prime billboard locations but he also knows how to approach landowners which is a pivotal element of the land acquisition process.
“Our current billboard network is almost at full capacity so it was vital that we onboarded an experienced Commercial Manager who can locate sites at speed. We must continue to expand our digital billboard network in order to satisfy our clients needs.
“Scott has a vast knowledge of real estate and with the challenge that is negotiating with landowners daily on a nationwide scale, we needed to bring on the skill required to make progress daily,” says Nicholson.
