Digitas NZ names Gavin Becker as MD

AUCKLAND, Today: Digitas New Zealand has appointed Gavin Becker as managing director, based in the Saatchi & Saatchiu building in Parnell.

Sydney-based Digitas ANZ ceo Adrian Farouk said: “Gavin will be joining Nick Peat and Peter Gibson in the daily running of the business within New Zealand.

“A digital veteran with more than 20 years’ international experience and expertise in design thinking, strategy and customer-centred methods, Gavin brings a deep knowledge of customer experience, data and insight, product development and emerging technologies to the role. 

“Gavin founded a digital experience and strategic innovation consultancy called North in 2019, helping companies accelerate innovation to build lasting value and capabilities across their customer value chain.

“Previously, he has held roles at Colenso BBDO and most recently, Isobar/Dentsu NZ.

“Digitas has recently been appointed to the Westpac marketing-comms agency roster, as the lead CRM & data partner, following a period of growth momentum.”
