Senior Account Director

Our client is an internationally affiliated fully integrated advertising agency based in Auckland city. They are searching for a Senior Account Director to join their team on a full-time basis.

You will primarily be working on one key client for the agency, and responsibilities include:

• Nurturing senior client relationships
• Exploring growth opportunities
• Creating an environment to enable the agency to deliver strong creative solutions
• Delivering against the agency’s financial objectives
• Contributing to agency culture, vision and business development

Candidates for this role will need:

• A proven track record of successful client relationships at a senior level
• Superb leadership skills and the ability to nurture and develop the team
• Experience managing complex budgets and financial acumen
• Proven experience developing first class creative solutions and campaigns
