AUCKLAND, Today: Outdoor maestro Go Media has this week held events in Wellington, Christchurch, and Auckland to launch Good Impressions. GM Simon Teagle said: “Good Impressions enables our customers to play an active role in donating advertising exposure on our digital billboards to organisations that are achieving positive social outcomes across Aotearoa”.
Owners Mike Gray and Andrea Rongonui said: “Go Media believes in the power of giving, and for nearly 30 years we have been supporting organisations that make for a better and brighter future.
“We’ve established Good Impressions to bring it to life for our customers, our staff, and the community.
“When customers contract a campaign, Go Media gifts them good impressions to donate to one, two or all three social outcome categories including wellbeing, environment and people. Go Media then distributes the good impressions on their digital billboards to the benefiting organisations in each category.
“The organisations which were selected by Go Media staff members include Manaaki, Raukatauri Music Therapy, Mates in Construction, Kaibosh and Sustainable Coastlines.”
“The organisations which were selected by Go Media staff members range in public profile. Some of which include Manaaki, Raukatauri Music Therapy, Mates in Construction, Kaibosh and Sustainable Coastlines.
Mike Gray & Andrea Rongonui said: “The concept has been applauded by launch event attendees including the benefiting organisations, business partners and customers.
“Between the three events, attendees donated 425,000 Good Impressions to kick-start the programme.
“We anticipate positive feedback will continue as we roll it out to customers.
“Good Impressions doesn’t cost customers a cent to be involved, but their participation will make the world of difference to the organisations and people they help us support. What’s not to like?
“Go Media is forever committed to Good Impressions and is looking forward to working with their customers to provide a big helping hand to the benefiting organisations, from fund-raising, recruiting volunteers, education and building brand awareness.
“Hoake tatou – let’s GO!”
