JCDecaux enlists Mike Brown

AUCKLAND, Today: JCDecaux New Zealand has announced the appointment of Mike Brown to the role of account director – direct, bringing two decades of outdoor media sales experience with him.

JCD country head Mike Watkins said: “Mike Brown’s extensive experience and connections will be invaluable as we continue to grow our New Zealand direct sales client portfolio.

“Mike is a highly respected figure within the industry and we are delighted to bring him and his well-known passion and energy into the JCDecaux family.”


“Mike Brown is ex MediaWorks, iSite and Val Morgan.”


Brown joins JCDecaux from MediaWorks NZ where he spent two and a half years as national sales manager. He previously spent nine years at iSite as national direct sales manager, and two years as national sales manager for Val Morgan.

He said: “Globally, JCDecaux has been at the forefront of the development and innovation we’ve seen in the out-of-home industry over the last few years. I’m thrilled to be a part of its future as they help drive the industry forward in New Zealand.”
