Specialist search agency heralds leadership changes

Independent specialist search agency, Pure SEO, is heralding key leadership changes following business growth and a bolstering of expertise.

The acquisition of This Side Up agency at end of 2021 was followed by being awarded IAB Best Use of SEM and/or SEO, and again obtaining the prestigious Google Premier Partner status. To round out the first six months of 2022, the agency has added Programmatic Advertising into its service offering for clients.

The company says it is gearing up to maximise its client service offering with the latest innovation in digital marketing technologies and the increased demand of e-commerce in New Zealand, that is now at a penetration rate of 61 percent.

Pure SEO is forecasting digital marketing in New Zealand is set to be transformed with Google’s video action campaigns and Performance Max innovations rolling out.

“With more people consuming content on connected TVs, advances in hyper local marketing technology and Programmatic Digital OOH available, there’s never been a better time to leverage digital marketing and e-commerce and brands and businesses know this,” says Kyle Marr, Chief Operating Officer.

Their key leadership changes are:

Kyle Marr transitions from General Manager to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the operations of the Pure SEO family of agencies: Pure SEO, Digital Popcorn and This Side Up.

Graham Gilbert takes the position of Head of Paid Search, which includes: Google Ads, Google Shopping, YouTube and Paid Search and Programmatic, with teams across New Zealand and Manila.

Prabin Yonzon transitions to SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) Manager, managing a team of specialists both in New Zealand and Manila.

Richard Conway remains active CEO across all Pure SEO entities, as well as the newly created NFT marketing agency, Toru Creative.
