AUCKLAND, Thursday: Media agency Yellow won the Leadership Award – Small-Medium Organisation at the 2022 NZ Diversity Awards NZ announced in Auckland last night.
Yellow, of course, was the original Yellow Pages directory – which has now transformed itself into a multi-channel marketing solutions agency (with its business directory still at its core).
It now employs around 70 people throughout NZ.
“Yellow was the original Yellow Pages directory –now a multi-channel marketing solutions agency.”
Diversity Works ceo Maretha Smit says the judges recognised that Yellow has undergone a “transformative spiritual journey” to ensure its leadership team has the skills and insight it needs to align with the company’s values and goals, and influence and advocate for social change in its community.
Yellow was also a finalist in the Inclusive Workplace category.
