AUCKLAND, Today: NZME has elaborated on the group’s use of creative/media/PR agencies. M+AD had requested this information following yet another in-house campaign (this time, for Rocktober).
“NZME has a talented and highly skilled in-house Creative & Vision team, who have developed and executed many excellent campaigns across our radio brands, as well as across our publishing and digital brands,” said comms GM Kelly Gunn.
“We have more than 50 brands across NZME so each brand and campaign is very different.”
“We do collaborate with external agencies, one of our most recent examples being The Hits Breakfast Jono & Ben Kids Call the Shots campaign.
“However, we are lucky to have a fantastic in-house team with the resource and skills to develop many of our campaigns ourselves,” she said.
“It depends on the brief and the objectives of each campaign. We assess each project brief and decide whether the campaign is developed and executed in-house or with an agency, or collaboratively across both.”
