As more people incorporate plant-based foods in their diet, Ingham’s has teamed up with Quantum Jump to launch its brand new wheat protein Southern Style Bites.
This move follows the award-winning success of Let’s Eat’s first three products in 2020 which included crispy golden nuggets, burger patties and tasty tenders. The campaign includes TVC, social, and digital.
“Let’s Eat has been a great success and we have been working on further products to add to the range. We love how Quantum Jump have brought the brand to life on screen and digitally, and wanted to build on the equity of the launch as the market is demanding more,” says Ben Ward, National Business and Marketing Manager for Ingham’s.
Let’s Eat has recently gained its Toitū net carbon zero certification and the products are made in New Zealand.
Ward says getting the certification has been a goal for the team and they felt that as Let’s Eat is leading the way in plant-based alternatives, the company should lead the way in this area too.
Ben Goodale, CEO of Quantum Jump says they are excited to introduce Southern Style Bites into the fast growing category of plant-based alternatives.
“It’s been great developing the visual mnemonic for Let’s Eat further with these yummy new Southern Style Bites – they are totally snackable, very moreish, and also good for the environment. Ten mins in an air-fryer and BOOM!”
The range is approved by the NZ Vegetarian Society, is GMO-free, as well as having no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. They are ideal for vegetarians, or those who just want to enjoy a tasty meal on a meat-free evening or for a snack.
Let’s Eat is available in freezer, through leading supermarkets and selected other grocery retailers.
