Vistar Media, the leading global provider of programmatic technology for digital out-of-home (DOOH), has announced the appointment of Jack Manning as its new Account Director for New Zealand (NZ) to support further expansion in the region.
Manning joins Vistar Media from Acquire Data-Driven Advertising, where he held various sales and managerial roles for the past six years. Reporting under New Zealand Sales and Partnership Director, Sandra Scott, and APAC Managing Director, Ben Baker, he brings a wealth of demand-side platform (DSP) expertise to support the team’s aspirations in growing the DOOH category within the region. Furthermore, he will act as on-the-ground support and resource to agencies and brands looking to maximise advertising campaigns with DOOH and optimise business investments.
Speaking of his appointment, Manning says: “I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple platforms over the years to help clients achieve an optimal competitive advantage while keeping pace with the dynamic AdTech landscape. I was fascinated by Vistar’s comprehensive, data-driven approach to campaigns that are proven to be effective and measurable. I look forward to working with the team to continue to grow the company’s positive presence in the region.”
Scott adds: “Since bringing on-the-ground demand support to New Zealand over the last six months, we’ve seen a sharp growth within our business. We are thrilled to have Jack join our team during a vital time to continue establishing key relationships and enable data-driven, automated, measurable DOOH transactions for our clients.
“With the increased demand for programmatic DOOH access to New Zealand’s inventory, Jack’s appointment will help us meet the growing needs of media partners and suppliers in the region. We are proud to work with our partners and look forward to connecting more marketers, media owners and audiences as our team continues to grow.”
Since launching in the ANZ market in late 2018, Vistar Media has built direct integrations with leading media owners to expand the programmatic DOOH footprint. The company remains the largest source of programmatic DOOH supply in New Zealand for partners such as oOh!media, Lumo, JCDecaux (via VIOOH), GoMedia, MediaWorks, Scentre Group, Val Morgan Outdoor and JOLT. Its end-to-end programmatic service has earned recognition across the country, including a GOLD win for ‘Best Use of DOOH’ with Stanley St and Briscoes at the IAB NZ Digital Advertising Awards 2022 for its responsive and adaptive campaign support that saw tangible results for their client.
