CHRISTCHURCH, Today: This year’s Best Design Awards campaign, crafted by hand and brought to life through stop motion by Canterbury-based design studio Strategy Creative, has gone live with a Call to Enter.
Design Institute ceo Cathy Veninga said: “Since its inception 30 years ago, Strategy Creative has been a proud recipient and long-standing supporter of the Best Design Awards. The agency concluded 2022 with a bang, bringing home 13 Best Design Awards accolades, a D&AD Pencil and a Silver Effie.
“Earlier this year DINZ appointed Strategy Creative to lead the 2023 NZ Best Design Awards campaign. Strategy Creative has a long history of producing fantastic work. We are excited to work with them to launch this campaign.
“This year’s Bestival campaign by Strategy Creative is a visual feast. It’s a little weird. It’s a lot of wizardry. It brings together the celebrations and tribulations of the design world with the fun and wonder of carnivals.”
“Strategy Creative has worked closely with DINZ to develop this year’s campaign that showcases the Best Design Awards, builds on the great mahi the organisation has been doing, prioritises key partners and celebrates Aotearoa’s deep design roots.
