BusinessDesk and TGF pack them in for MMMU5

AUCKLAND, Today: 150 or so media, marketing, agency and creative types filled Karangahape Road’s East Street Hall last night for the fifth Marketers’ and Media Meetupm (MMMU).

BusinessDesk‘s Matt Martel said the turnout reinforced the need for people working in the area – often in smaller businesses or as freelancers – to get together socially.

“Fred Russo took home the door prize of a mixed case of Graham Norton and Sarah Jessica Parker wines, designed by TGF and supplied by Invivo”

“Teams meetings will only get you so far, so bringing people together with no other agenda than sharing a drink and some stories has been a real hit.”

Vaughn Davis from Karangahape Road ad shop The Goat Farm agrees. “The whole indy agency world is about networks, connections and friendships. MMMU is a great way to celebrate that.”

This month’s MMMU also saw Fred Russo take home the door prize of a mixed case of Graham Norton and Sarah Jessica Parker wines, designed by The Goat Farm and kindly supplied by TGF client Invivo.

  • MMMU will be back later this year, so to add your name to the mailing list for this free industry event, email mia@tgf.co.nz
