Our client is an independent creative agency who strive to deliver quality marketing, brand and communication strategies for their clients. Their focus is on creating quality content for online, social and direct channels. They are looking for a mid-weight writer to join their team. Hands-on experience on digital and social platforms is a major bonus.
With the support of the client service team and reporting directly to the Creative Director this role will also be working under two senior writers, helping clients communicate via a wide range of channels and creating clear, clever content for their various communities.
You will be able to brief in designers and photographers to produce the work and write and edit content, for print, digital, social and EDMs, and integrated media marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities of the role also include:
- Writing for social media and community channel management
- Brief and manage content through the design process
- Research and write blog pieces
- Proofing and subediting, managing amends
- Contribute to campaign and media planning
You will be a naturally strong communicator and able to develop clear, high-quality communication and information. You will also be a quality control guardian, comfortable liaising with clients daily and getting to know and understand their businesses well.
If you are a confident growing writer with a relevant Communications Degree, who enjoys content development and producing smart clean work this is a promising opportunity within a clever team.
