Our client is a globally recognised and award-winning advertising agency who create original and compelling content for their clients. They are looking for a talented Senior Digital Producer to join their team, with the ambition and talent to work with the very best.
This role is to ensure that digital work makes the transition from ideation into strategy and delivery flawlessly and provides world-class, digitally-enabled experiences that connect with people, get results and help clients grow.
This is a client facing role responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing and improving delivery processes and delivering projects on time and on budget. This means developing budgets and schedules, monitoring those budgets and schedules during the project lifecycle, managing resource allocation to ensure accurate project delivery, and ensuring the final deliverable meets the quality expectations of the stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5-7 Years of experience in digital project management within an agency or consultancy environment, with strong project management skills (incl formal qualifications project management approach(es)) and familiarity with existing and emerging marketing technologies including social platforms, ad-tech platforms, various CMS platforms (including but not limited to Umbraco, Contentful, Silverstripe). You will have a working understanding of all facets of digital solution development including design and build of HTML/CSS/Javascript/Database applications, able to meet real-time deadlines, set project budgets, and control project quality.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills, and an understanding of time management and work breakdown procedures to accurately balance skill set and workload of team members is a must, along with great communication skills, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into everyday language.
This is a role that operates with a high degree of autonomy and is pivotal to the smooth and effective operation of the agency.
