Boxer, the innovative shopper support service, is partnering with Karangahape Road-based advertising agency The Goat Farm in a move to strengthen Boxer’s offering of alleviating buyer concerns in the global e-commerce landscape.
In a bid to assist buyers in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the USA, Boxer has extended its support services beyond the borders of its home country.
Having collaborated with the brand for over a year before its official launch, Jane Eagles, Head of Brand, Marketing & CX, has finally disclosed the partnership between Boxer and The Goat Farm.
“Standing up a service like Boxer – and building a platform that’s ready to go global from day one – requires a lot of marketing collateral and support. From our website to customer EDMs and even the language we use, TGF has been right there for us. Now that we’re live we’re excited to be sharing our message with online sellers across our markets.”
TGF creative director Vaughn Davis says working with an ambitious startup like Boxer was only part of the appeal. “Jane was one of my first colleagues in advertising when we worked together at Bates. I’ve always had huge respect for her talent, so we jumped at the opportunity to work with her again.”
Completing the team is independent media agency and frequent TGF collaborator, Sneakers.
