SYDNEY, Saturday: Alan Jones and Angelo An, from FCB New Zealand, were crowned Creative Team of the Year at the 44th AWARD Awards, held in Sydney last night. Special NZ also stood out.
The FCB NZ team had been responsible for award-winning campaigns including Waka Kotahi’s Toll Booth and Future News for the Road to Zero launch, How To Do Nothing for The Lowdown and Through my Eyes anti speeding campaign for Waka Kotahi.
FCB CCOs Leisa Wall and Peter Vegas said: “ It’s no mean feat to get one great piece of work out in the world these days, but to have success with multiple winning campaigns in the short span of 12 months is a true achievement.
“We’re thrilled for Alan & Angelo as they deserve all the prizes now after all the mahi they have put in. Don’t bother calling them about a job, they’re too busy working on their next great campaign.”
The Creative Team of the Year award recognises creative talent in the Asia-Pacific region and honours those who’ve achieved Bronze, Silver or Gold across multiple campaigns. Jones and An were the only creative team from New Zealand to be considered for the award.
“Don’t bother calling them about a job, they’re too busy working on their next great campaign.”
