Independent, integrated agency YoungShand has added recent AUT graduates Abigail Smith, Aaliyah Wattie, and Senior Designer Melanie Bosma to its growing creative department.
Corey Chalmers, Executive Creative Director at YoungShand, says: “It’s been great injecting new voices and talent into our multi-faceted department. A&A have maturity beyond their years. They’ve slotted so effortlessly into our team and have quickly become firm favourites among our crew and our clients. They’re thinkers, understand youth culture in all its forms, and are relentlessly curious.”
Abigail Smith and Aaliyah Wattie say they are excited to be part of an “energetic and innovative group of people”.
“We’re loving learning from some of the best and are determined to create awesome stuff. If the future looks anything like our first couple months here we are pumped for it!”
Melanie Bosma also joins from Next Chapter Studio. Scott Maddox, CD YoungShand says: “Mel is a total graphic and digital design weapon – multi-skilled, with great taste, and the freshest design portfolio I’ve seen in some time. She’s already made a huge impact on our work and she’s only just begun. It’s a good time to be at YoungShand – I’m thrilled these amazing people chose to join us and the mission we’re on.”
Bosma says she is thrilled to join the team. “I can’t wait to contribute creatively to an agency that consistently produces impactful, awesome work.”
