TRACK+Tribal (Part of the DDB Group) have strengthened its team with four new recruits. Sabine Sims and Jordyn Hart have joined as Account Directors, while Joy Wood and Baylee White have been appointed as Senior Account Managers.
Managing Director James Blair was adamant when searching for new talent that they had to fulfill the following criteria.
“All new hires across TRACK+Tribal have to be nice and talented (an imperative for anyone who joins the DDB Group), but a diverse skillset and cross disciplinary backgrounds was key to help service the needs of our clients such as Dairy NZ, Fonterra, The Warehouse, ANZ, McDonald’s and Cloudy Bay.”
With experience in both indie and multi-national ad agencies, Sims most recently led brand and social as Marketing Manager for Emma Lewisham. From her time client-side, she brings a strong passion for brand strategy and getting stuck into the mindset of consumers.
Hart has over 10 years’ agency experience managing end-to-end digitally led projects, having worked with clients across a range of sectors including FMCG, retail, corporate and government. A people-person first and foremost, Hart has a proven track record of building genuine connections with her clients to understand their unique business needs and drive meaningful results.
Wood has worked in experiential and activations for four years, and most recently shopper marketing at Raydar where she worked with clients including Frucor and Mondelez on end-to-end management of their guerrilla sampling campaigns, brand activations, and internal corporate events across New Zealand.
White brings extensive experience in digital marketing and social media strategy to her new role, which encompasses both the McDonald’s app and Cloudy Bay’s online digital and social presence on a global scale.
Blair says the new hires have already added fresh thinking and innovation to the agency.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Sabine, Jordyn, Joy and Baylee to the team, and look forward to seeing them continue to bring their wide-ranging skills and experience to the table.”
