Our client is a highly respected independent advertising agency based in Auckland.
They are searching for an agency-experienced Senior Account Manager who specializes in all things digital.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Working closely with clients to foster genuine relationships and gain a good understanding of their needs.
- Strong project management skills, and the ability to see a mix of projects through from brief through to delivery (managing timelines, budgets and creative outputs).
- The ability to work collaboratively, problem solve and use sound judgement when required.
- Competence with the full suite of tools including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and Adobe.
Successful candidates for this role will need:
- Agency experience and a solid understanding of agency processes.
- A strong work ethic – always seeking to add value, use your initiative and support the wider team.
- A true client service ethic – a love of delivering a quality product to your clients that surprises and delights them.
