oOh!media New Zealand, Rocket and Singapore Airlines have come together to bring a slice of Singapore to Auckland’s CBD, with a full shelter takeover.
Transforming the Britomart bus shelter on Commerce St into a sea of colour with a Singaporean-styled roof garden; this special build is the first of its kind, with Large Format wraps that are backlit and illuminate at night, along with three roof extensions and a floor decal, which is sure to grab the attention of commuters.
Singapore Airlines Marketing Manager Preeya Prakash says, “Singapore is a very special place and we want to encourage Kiwis and commuters to ‘explore Singapore’ this year, by hopping on a Singapore Airlines flight and experiencing the exceptional service on board.
“This special build showcases our brand alongside our partners The Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport, giving thousands of commuters a glimpse of what Singapore has to offer.”
Corinne Wilken, Creative Services Director at oOh!media New Zealand adds, “this is the first time we have worked with Singapore Airlines and we are thrilled with how the special build has come to life in such an eye-catching and colourful way.
We know that ‘Creative’ accounts for 41 percent of ROI in out-of-home, and Singapore Airlines have executed the creative perfectly to take advantage of this.
Results from oOh!media’s proprietary creative effectiveness tool, POLYGRAPH, reported that brands using a prominent logo and simplified text can see an increase in buyers of up to 66 percent. Singapore Airlines have done exactly this with their prominent logos and short, sharp wording.”
The ‘Explore Singapore’ site takeover can be seen at the double shelter on Commerce Street, Auckland CBD until April 21.
