Quantum Jump helps Metro Glass launch new website

Metro Glass, in partnership with Quantum Jump, have launched a brand-new website, which it promises will deliver enhanced customer-centric experiences.

Metro Glass have been pioneering the way in glass technology in New Zealand for over 35 years, and says the new site reflects its innovative mindset.

“We are excited to unveil our new website, a culmination of extensive research and dedication to enhancing the customer experience,” said Lyn Kehely, Marketing Manager at Metro Glass.

“With a refreshed look and improved functionality, we are confident that our website will serve as a valuable resource for our customers and be worthy of our market leading products.”

Metro Glass embarked on a journey to understand the evolving needs of their target audience. Through qualitative research, crafted customer journeys and a user-centric navigation experience were created that prioritised resource access and quick links for busy working demands.

A frosted panel was a core asset in this redesign, serving as both a stylistic element and a device to hold content. This new look has since been carried through into broader company collateral, as well as across the new site for sub-brand, Retrofit Double Glazing.

“Glass’ beauty often lies in its ability to amplify what lies beyond it. We aimed to capture this essence in the design. The frosted panel serves as a subtle hint to glass, while its contrast against the crisp imagery reflects the quality of Metro Glass’ products,” explained Wayne Pick, Creative Partner at Quantum Jump.

The website now serves as a comprehensive hub, offering customers a one-stop-shop for all their needs. With easily accessible product details, resources, and options to get in touch, Metro Glass has prioritised user convenience and satisfaction at every turn.
