The Monkeys Aotearoa has announced the appointment of senior creative team, Liz Richards and Nick Dellabarca to the role of Associate Creative Director.
Richards and Dellabarca joined The Monkeys Aotearoa, part of global agency Accenture Song, in 2021 as senior creatives.
Following on from the success of their recent work on ASB and Youthline’s ‘Bagels by BENEE’, ASB’s ‘Level Up’ youth campaign and New Zealand wellness brand No Ugly’s ‘No Ugly, Yes Please’, the creative duo is excited by the new challenge.
Damon Stapleton, Chief Creative Officer says: “I first worked with Nick and Liz back in 2014. Over the next decade, I have seen them become a superb creative team.
“They have a great work ethic, fantastic ideas and have the ability to build trust with clients because those clients see how much they care. This is just a very natural step in their career, and I couldn’t be happier for them.”
Richards says: “We’re excited to take the next step in our careers and look forward to doing what we’ve been doing with a slightly fancier title.”
Dellabarca adds: “We love being part of the whānau at The Monkeys and appreciate the opportunities and support we’ve had over the past couple of years.”
They will both attempt to explain the new title to their mothers in due course.
