AUCKLAND, Today: Spark Foundry New Zealand is enhancing its strategic and digital capabilities by adding two new senior roles into its Leadership Team.
Miri Kang, Head of Digital Connections and Planning, will focus on maximising digital collaboration and efficiency. She’ll elevate omni-channel planning through data, digital tools, and marketing science.
Sarah Vosloo, Head of Digital Performance, will lead the Platforms and Search Team. She’ll drive ad platform optimisation, workflow efficiency, partnerships, and performance.
Miri and Sarah will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, driving innovation and leading the agency toward a digitised media future.
Miri, previously Senior Digital Director at Spark Foundry, has over 12 years of experience, including roles at OMD and Stanley Street. She specialises in data-led digital campaign planning.
Sarah, formerly Global Digital Director at Hearts & Science, brings over 12 years of experience in acquisition-based marketing. She has a passion for data-driven digital strategies.

Miri Kang said, “It’s been a very fulfilling journey to be a part of the inception and core team of Spark Foundry New Zealand for the past couple of years. I am delighted to now be jumping into this exciting new role, which will allow us to operationalise our vision for digital strategy, creating efficiency and effectiveness in planning and hybrid digital practice.
“I am stoked to be working alongside Sarah as well as the rest of the incredible talent at Spark Foundry.”
Sarah Vosloo said, “I am honoured to be taking on the Head of Digital Performance Role at Spark Foundry. For me, this is the ultimate role in Digital Advertising, perfectly combining Performance, Product and People.
