Spark Foundry New Zealand is aiming to grow its strategic and digital offering with two newly created roles into its Senior Leadership Team.
Miri Kang, Head of Digital Connections and Planning, will focus on using insights across all digital platforms throughout the agency to maximise collaboration and efficiency, while also lifting omni-channel planning through optimal data utilisation, digital tools, and marketing science.
Sarah Vosloo, Head of Digital Performance, will lead the agency’s Platforms and Search Team in New Zealand, responsible for driving ad platform optimisation, streamlined workflow efficiency, cutting-edge partnerships, and accelerated performance.
In their new roles, Kang and Vosloo will help to lead the agency’s vision towards a fully digitised media future, in turn, unlocking proliferated growth and competitive advantage for clients.
Kang says it’s been a very fulfilling journey to come into her new role after more than two years at Spark Foundry New Zealand as Senior Digital Director.
Her 12-plus years of agency experience includes OMD and Stanley Street, and a specialty in data and insight-led digital campaign planning and execution.
“I am delighted to now be jumping into this exciting new role, which will allow us to operationalise our vision for digital strategy, creating efficiency and effectiveness in planning and hybrid digital practice. I am stoked to be working alongside Sarah as well as the rest of the incredible talent at Spark Foundry.”
Vosloo also brings over 12 years of experience, with a focus on acquisition-based marketing, and was most recently Global Digital Director at Hearts & Science and prior to this, Digital Director at MBM New Zealand.
She says she is honoured to be taking on the Head of Digital Performance Role.
“For me, this is the ultimate role in Digital Advertising, perfectly combining Performance, Product and People. I cannot wait to be a part of the continued growth of Spark Foundry, working alongside some of the most well-respected members of the industry.”
Nicky Greville, Spark Foundry New Zealand Managing Director says Kang and Vosloo are going to be a powerful duo for the company.
“Streamlining how we approach digital across the business strategically and operationally, and promoting a culture of performance and innovation. I am so excited to have them join our Senior Leadership Team and look forward to working closely with them as we shift gears towards further digitisation.”
