AUCKLAND, Today: ANZ’s new campaign shines a light on fraud protection and tools to help customers secure their money. Created by TBWA\NZ, this platform lets ANZ highlight customer protection and evolve with new tech.
“Battling fraud is ongoing and there is no single solution. We wanted to highlight the various layers of fraud protection available to ANZ customers through a platform that allows us to announce new layers of protection as innovations are released over time.” says Shane Bradnick, CCO of TBWA\NZ.
ANZ is also working on new security tools and features. These will be added to the campaign as they develop.

“Banks play a really important role helping to protect our customers and helping keep banking services safe and secure. We stop numerous scam attempts every day, and we want New Zealanders to know we are working hard on this now and into the future,” says ANZ General Manager of Marketing, Matt Pickering.
“We have created two streams of activity to talk to scams and fraud with New Zealanders. The first is a partnership with Age Concern, an educational play using the TV Show CHiPs focused on how to spot and avoid scams. Then this campaign demonstrates how ANZ is helping to keep our customers’ money safe.”
