AUCKLAND, Today: Jess Strange is set to join Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI) as Chief Customer Officer on August 19, bringing her expertise to a company experiencing remarkable growth.
With a strong background in customer experience, marketing, business transformation, and financial services, Jess is ready to jump in and support SCTI’s thriving team as the effects of the pandemic continue to fade.
SCTI CEO Jo McCauley expressed excitement about the new addition, saying, “We’re incredibly excited to welcome Jess to the Southern Cross Travel Insurance team.

Previously with Farmlands, one of New Zealand’s largest co-operatives, Jess is eager to bring her skills to SCTI.
