AUCKLAND, Today: dentsu Aotearoa is a finalist in the New Zealand Rainbow Excellence Awards, recognised for its LGBTQIA+ inclusion efforts and recent accreditations from Safe Space, Pride Pledge, and Rainbow Tick.
These awards celebrate leadership and innovation in rainbow diversity. dentsu Aotearoa is shortlisted in the ASB Emerging category, highlighting its commitment to rainbow inclusion across the organisation.
The agency earned Safe Space (May 2023), Pride Pledge (July 2023), and Rainbow Tick (October 2024) accreditations, affirming its support for LGBTQIA+ employees both at work and in society.
dentsu Aotearoa has also been a supporting partner to Auckland Pride for the past three years, further demonstrating its dedication to the Rainbow community.

The DEI Council at dentsu was restructured to a community-led model, empowering Rainbow employees to lead initiatives with the full backing of the agency and the council.
