Media marketplace Kargo is welcoming Arnaud Colonne to the team as NZ Sales Director, based in Auckland.
Colonne, a sales executive and digital marketing entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in the digital industry, will provide a local presence for Kargo’s growing list of advertisers and publisher partners in the country. Kargo’s unique ad formats, video, commerce and AI solutions are reaching new heights in the NZ digital advertising market, including CTV advertising, which is launching in NZ as well.
“I have been very impressed with Kargo’s unique creative and targeting capabilities and am excited to bring these new opportunities to advertisers and agencies in New Zealand. Kargo deeply understands the importance of creating high-impact experiences in video and display advertising that cut through the clutter to drive performance for advertisers and reach their key audiences effectively and efficiently,” says Colonne.
He joins Kargo from his role as Sales Director at Gum Gum and has also held Sales Director roles in New Zealand for Playground XYZ, Yahoo and Verizon Media. Earlier in his career, Colonne launched “Adrider,” a successful performance ad network and social media agency in Paris, which he sold to Havas Media, France, before moving to NZ in 2011.
In New Zealand, Colonne set up a full-service Agency Trading Desk, “Acquire Online,” and recently served as Commercial Director, driving business development.
“I am thrilled to welcome Arnaud to our team, particularly as we are just launching CTV advertising in NZ. Arnaud will be providing welcome coverage for our expanding list of NZ based customers. He has a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape in New Zealand and will be invaluable in bringing Kargo’s unique commerce, video and digital creative formats to more advertisers in the region,” said Neill Pitt, Kargo’s APAC Commercial Director.
