LUMO expands sales team with three new hires

New Zealand DOOH operator LUMO has strengthened its sales team with three new hires as the company continues its momentum in the New Zealand market.

Tyla Hunt and Zach Farrant join as Direct Account Managers, while Amira Elmetri steps into the role of Senior Account Manager, bringing a mix of agency, client, and media-side expertise to LUMO’s growing team.

Elmetri brings extensive experience from both the New Zealand and UK markets, having held account management roles at MediaSense and PHD. With more than seven years in agency-side media planning and strategy, she will play a key role in strengthening LUMO’s agency partnerships.

For Farrant, the move to LUMO marks a return to digital out-of-home, having previously held roles at VMO and Val Morgan before expanding his expertise in sales and consulting at Fusion5.

Hunt, meanwhile, brings a strong mix of sales leadership and client management, having most recently worked in specification sales at Archant, after previous roles at Moochi and Storm that helped refine her commercial and people-focused approach.

Exciting times

LUMO GM of Sales, Stacey Gattsche, says the appointments come at an exciting time for the business.

“LUMO has big ambitions, and building the right team is essential to delivering on them. Tyla, Zach, and Amira each bring something unique, and I’m confident their energy, experience, and fresh thinking will help elevate the way we work with clients.”

Josh McWilliams, LUMO’s Head of Direct Sales, adds, Tyla and Zach are both incredibly driven and bring a great mix of experience and new thinking to the direct team. I know our clients will benefit from their style and expertise, and we’re excited to have them on board as we continue to grow.”
