Independent marketing and communications agency Bastion Shine has appointed Luke Farmer to ‘pilot’ the Air New Zealand account and head up new business development.
In this role, Farmer will lead the management of Air New Zealand and drive the agency’s ambitious growth strategy, overseeing new business initiatives across an integrated agency model that includes creative, media, design, PR, social, experiential and digital.
Farmer joins Bastion Shine with a wealth of experience in client management, business development, and agency leadership.
He previously spent almost a decade at dentsu Aotearoa, was a co-founder of Thinkerbell Aotearoa, and more recently headed up agency sales at MediaWorks.
His extensive expertise and strong track record of securing high-value partnerships make him an ideal fit for this pivotal role.
Driving growth
Farmer will work closely with the agency’s senior leadership team to expand Bastion Shine’s client portfolio while ensuring outstanding service and strategic direction for existing accounts.
