AUCKLAND, Today: Colenso has promoted Charlotte Glennon to Director of Operations & Production, recognising her impact on the agency’s work and creative culture since joining in 2022.
Since joining, Charlotte has played a key role in standout campaigns like Spark Game Arena, Adoptable by Pedigree, and Skinny for Life. Her impressive portfolio spans the UK, Australia, and NZ.
She was also named in Campaign APAC’s ‘40 under 40’ in 2024, recognised for her contributions to both Colenso and the wider industry.
In this new role, Charlotte will go beyond production, focusing on fostering creativity through people, technology, and culture to enhance Colenso’s creative environment.
