After 50 years, real estate agency Bayleys has launched a new brand campaign.
Developed by Work Communications, the campaign highlights that every property has unique energy – the feeling that makes a house a home or confirms a gut feeling about a deal – and Bayleys’ team amplifies this to deliver better results for clients.

Bayleys national residential marketing manager James Phelan says: “Bayleys has always held a unique position in the market that isn’t easy to put into words.
“Our clients get it and now, with Bayleys’ energy, we have a fantastic vehicle to show the magic that makes Bayleys special.”
A strategy that works for all
The campaign ad showcases Bayleys’ energy as it moves across the country, bringing out the character of homes, farms and commercial properties.
Chris Gwin, Bayleys national director of franchise services, says: “We needed thinking that would work across all asset classes and franchise offices.
“The team at Work Comms answered the brief 100% and have put in a great effort to take the Bayleys brand in a new and exciting direction.”
Work Communications’ Gaylene Anderson adds: “As one of our foundation clients, Bayleys has been consistently fantastic to work with.
“Chris and James have a clear vision for the brand and we really value the collaborative relationship we have built together. We are thrilled to be helping Bayleys bring their special energy to life.”
The creative will roll out on all media channels, ensuring consistency across residential, rural and commercial sectors.
