NZME is pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Hempstead as chief financial officer.
Hempstead brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across retail, technology and media sectors. She joins NZME from NZX Listed The Warehouse Group, where she currently serves as general manager of finance, reporting to the chief financial officer.
She has led strategic financial planning, commercial and transformation initiatives across one of New Zealand’s largest retailers. Her career also includes senior finance roles at Microsoft New Zealand and The Economist.
An outstanding addition to the team
