YoungShand (YS) has appointed Ginny Woo as digital marketing manager, a move designed to further strengthen the agency’s integrated digital offering.
Woo joins YS from TRA, where the role included serving as digital lead across the culture practice and marketing teams. Woo’s arrival marks a significant addition to the YS digital team, bringing a sophisticated understanding of how data-driven insights intersect with brand storytelling.
A rare talent
Scott Maddox, YS executive creative director, says: “Ginny is a rare talent bridging both digital media and digital ecosystems experience, which fits perfectly with our integrated offering.”
Woo says: “It’s so nice being part of a team that’s truly integrated. Having media, digital and an in-house development team all under one roof is a refreshing change of pace. I find this way of working particularly exciting because it signals a unique ability to adapt and to act dynamically for clients”.
Duncan Shand, YS founder and CEO, adds: “The agency is focused on delivering growth through smarter integration. Bringing Ginny on board is a really exciting addition to the team. It ensures we have the senior depth of expertise to navigate and lead the development of complex digital landscapes.”
