The 41st Axis Awards are just around the corner and after the first rounds of judging, the finalists for 2021 have been announced.
After the recent Covid-19 lockdown, judging plans around Axis-21 had to quickly evolve into online judging. So, after several days of online judging and five inspiring discussion sessions, The Commercial Communications Council have announced the finalists.
Just under 600 entries across 99 categories have been judged so far with three more rounds of judging to go.
A full list of the finalists is available on the Comms Council website.
“As you’d expect of our brilliant little country, we adapted and worked harder than ever in 2020 to create exceptional work in the face of adversity. The number of finalists and the standard of work this year is a tribute to what we’re all capable of as an industry,” says Maria Devereux, Convener of Judges and Executive Creative Director at Colenso BBDO.
Congratulations to all the Axis-21 IRL* finalists. We look forward to finding out who the winners are at the Gala Dinner next month on March 18th at Shed 10.
