Following a competitive pitch process, independent integrated agency, Adhesive, has been reappointed as the agency of record across New Zealand and Australia for Sony Electronics.
Having delivered creative communications campaigns for Sony Electronics over the past four years, Adhesive will continue to be the agency responsible for all public relations and influencer marketing across both markets.
“We’ve always been impressed with Adhesive’s ability to deliver through-the-line integrated campaign ideas and maintain the day to day business. They continue to challenge the status quo and they’re passionate about delivering real commercial outcomes. During the tender, Adhesive pushed their creativity further for Sony Electronics with inspired ideas across both markets. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Adhesive and sharing the Sony story with new audiences,” says Jamie Wong Creative Marketing, Events & PR Manager at Sony Australia & New Zealand.
Adhesive New Zealand Head of Public Relations, Eleisha Balmer, commented on the reappointment: “Sony Electronics is one of those bucket list brands any agency would be happy to work with. It’s a household name, the products always impress and there is constant innovation. Importantly though, even as a loved and trusted global leader in consumer electronics, the team understands the importance of finding new and creative ways to connect with our audience, locally.
“I’m so pleased we get to continue our work with Sony Electronics in New Zealand. I am, however, concerned about my ever-expanding home theatre and technophile aspirations.”
Adhesive’s other clients include HMD Global, Dyson, SEEK, Allianz Partners and WW.
