MediaWorks has announced the appointment of Paula Williams as its Chief People Officer.
Williams brings more than 20 years’ of experience to the role, joining MediaWorks from software company Plexure where she has held the role of People & Culture Director.
Prior to her time at Plexure, Williams was the People & Culture Director at one of New Zealand’s leading law firms Simpson Grierson. She also has experience working across industries such as banking, insurance and aviation.
MediaWorks CEO Cam Wallace says that the company is delighted to welcome Williams to the team.
“Paula will play a key role in ensuring MediaWorks is a modern and contemporary workplace, and the best place to work in the media industry.

Williams will join MediaWorks at the end of November.
