Quantum Jump automates Universal Homes

AUCKLAND, Today: The complexity of implementing joined up communication programmes through marketing automation platforms is not for the faint hearted. Universal Homes turned to Quantum Jump to help create customer journeys and creative templates for a wide range of customer experiences.

Lead nurture programmes, home build status updates, site release and new home listings, and many more creative elements and journeys have been brought to life and set up to create an enhanced experience for people connecting with, or ultimately buying from, Universal Homes.
