AUCKLAND, Thursday: Previously Unavailable chief James Hurman is to share his perspective on the role of brand in contemporary marketing and how we should rethink brand for future demand – via ThinkTV online, next week.

Formed in 2018 with founding members TVNZ, Discovery NZ and Sky TV, ThinkTV is (in its own words) “dedicated to taking NZ TV into the future”.

Using findings from a recent WARC study, Rethinking Brand for the Rise of Digital Commerce, Hurman explores how we might reframe the way we talk about brand, media and performance marketing for a world of digital commerce.

Hurman is an agency creative /planner of some repute. He’s previously worked at Y&R, Colenso BBDO, and DDB.
