GLOBOX Digital Billboards has seen their client network expand rapidly in the last six months, and with this growth, the DOOH business has had the need to recruit someone with a sole focus on customer satisfaction.
Georgia Wells joins GLOBOX with a fresh, youthful and friendly personality to take on the role of Customer Experience Specialist.
“I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to be part of a growing business where I can make people feel happy every single day,” comments Wells.
Wells’ role will consist of ensuring the digital billboard company is creating the best possible experience for every client. This will involve building and maintaining trusting and genuine relationships, having regular client catch ups, and ensuring client satisfaction is achieved at every point of each and every GLOBOX customer journey.
“Our clients are our number one priority, so it was a given that we were going to hire someone to put a heavy focus on customer experience and satisfaction,” comments GLOBOX Founder and CEO, Allan Nicholson.
“As a customer of many different industries, I have seen a lack of customer care and focus throughout Covid restrictions. Businesses have been under a great amount of pressure and I have seen this pressure being passed on to the customers. At GLOBOX, our mission is to ensure that our clients understand how important they are to our business, hence the appointment of a customer care specialist,” says Nicholson.
“My background in communications and hospitality has made me very people-oriented. I love taking care of everyone around me so I cannot wait to get to know our clients more and take care of them,” adds Wells.
“Georgia is already building personable relationships with our clients and with time these will only continue to strengthen,” concludes Nicholson.
